So the last few months I have been really good about going to the gym at least 5 days a week. This last week and this week, Matt is doing a leadership class. So he actually gets off at a good time in the evening, so then he has time to go to the gym before they close and he actually has the energy to go work out. :) woo hoo :) So this last week I have been walking for an hour in the morning and then doing a hour of cardio in the evening. Usually I use the eliptical mechine.. or if my feet are getting sore, then I get on the bike. So that has been really cool because : 1 - I feel stronger, 2 - maybe lose more weight, 3-emotionally it is great.. helps keep me out of the depressed mood set, 4- Matt and I get to work out together so we are both getting healthy and in turn that helps our relationship. 5 - I am able to help motivate and support Matt while he starts training to do his race in Sept. in Chelan. Thank you God!! :)
